How to print at Hill Pavilion: Printing is achievable in 2 ways. If you are connected to AirPennNet at Penn Vet via a hard-wired connection to the ethernet, then you should be able to just print by connecting to FindMePrint, scanning your ID card, and then printing. If you are connecting over wifi, then you need to connect to the Penn Vet VPN first. To do so, do the following:

  1. Open FortiClient.
  2. click on Remote Access Fill in the login credentials using the VPN name Penn Vet VPN. Log in with your Penn vet credentials, including your username and password.
  3. Once you are connected to VPN, you should be able to print by sending your document to FindMePrint, and scanning your id card at the printer.

Sometimes, printing just randomly stops working. This can be due to network issues, or issues where your computer is connected to wifi rather than ethernet. When this happens, you can try the following:

  1. If connected via ethernet, reset your connection to ethernet by turning off wifi, and reconnecting to ethernet. Then try printing.
  2. Try removing and re-adding the printer. First, click on System Settings, go to Printers and Scanners, and select Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax
  3. In the dialog box, fill out the following information, listed below:

Choose Windows printer via spoolss , add in the url  smb://papercut.vet.upenn.edu/findme_print, add papercut.vet.upenn.edu as the Name, and under Use, select Select Software
